Spirit Lake Garden Center

We just had a wonderful experience with Spirit Lake!!! Their plant selection was amazing. Lily was very knowledgeable about plants, as well as design. She designed a gorgeous landscape for us. She made the process easy by coordinating everything. She was well-organized and detail-oriented. She did things right…no cutting corners. And, she was friendly and very sweet. It was an honor to work with her and get to know her!!! Lily’s landscape crew, Reniel and Nicolasa, which included Lily, were very hard-working, dedicated, friendly and caring. They did a great job. We can’t stop admiring the gorgeous landscaping!!! When the job was completed, I was sad to see them go…they became like family…

Cecilia was very helpful and the flowers are beautiful! We walked up, showed Cecilia a picture of the plants we were looking for and she jumped right in to help.

This place used to be great, but now there was only one person there and she doesn't speak much English. We asked if they had roses, she said no. We walked around and found knock out roses, exactly what we were looking for. Good thing we walked around instead of leaving when she said no. Then, when paying, I was in the process of typing in our email address for a digital receipt. We always prefer digital receipts when possible since they don't fade or get lost. In the middle of my typing the screen dissappeared and she printed out a paper receipt. When I told her that I was in the middle of giving my email address and that I need a digital receipt she said it was too late. We're won't be going back there anymore.

Always a great experience at Spirit Lake Garden Center! Lily and her staff are the best! Attention to details, professional, caring & friendly. Lily has done several plantings for us and is wonderful at designing for a beautiful landscape. We have a gorgeous property because of Lily…she’s the best! I will continue to use their services and I highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this nursery. It is honestly the best one I’ve been to — very clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Cecilia was extremely helpful and patient with me. She took the time to explain how to take care of the plants and even advised me on where each one should be planted, which I really appreciated. She definitely deserves a raise for the way she treats customers and the effort she puts into her work. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to buy more plants.
